I never received my purchase. I have ordered many times to this seller, so I am beyond shocked how I was ignored multiple times over months. I honestly wished for a solution, a response or explanation to come. Had the seller just *responded* I would be chill about this situation. I probably will not order from them ever again. I will also have major trust issues when it comes to ordering online even from previous businesses. 💀

The turbans i got looks great and exactly like the photos advertised. The reason I gave three stars is because the customer service is really bad, i sent her messages months ago asking questions and she never replied or even acknowledged my message.

the item came as pictured, except the front twist was much pointier than I anticipated and the fabric was heavier than anticipated so not my favorite but well made.
