I was torn between 3 and 4 so I just did 4... but I wish I could do 3.5. I don't know. I love the item but I ordered this because I thought it was soft plush velvet. The material is more of a jersey crepe fabric, definitely not velvet. The quality of the product is great, but I'm disappointed that the item was not true to the fabric advertised. ETA: I'm soooo pleased!! I left my original review to show the amazing customer service that followed. As soon as I posted my review the owner messaged me asking to see the turban. There had been a mix up and she sent the correct velvet turban right away. I recieved it within a week or my original review. She is so sweet and kind, and I will definitely be ordering again. And the quality is amazing.
