cotton cap not included?! just the a rungie. please credit a fair refund for item not received. the quality of the red velvet was lesser than expected at that price/cost. will donate to the local children's national hospital where a little girl may be very happy with the "dress-up" turban to cover her bald chemo head... but the cheap velvet seemed more costume-quality than worth the cost for a nice woman's headdress with more ezpensive clothing.
